A man who lives in a remote area east of Anderson was robbed Monday morning. At 8:25 Curtis Raimondi was sleeping in his trailer off Ash Creek Road when he awoke to someone trying to open the door. When he opened it, he found three men outside. Upon seeing him, they ran to a white pickup truck. Raimondi saw that the doors on his car and his cargo trailer were opened and as he approached the pickup truck he could see some of his things in the back. When he told the men to return his belongings, one of them pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Raimondi, taunting him and threatening to shoot him. When Raimondi again asked for his things back, the man fired a shot in his direction. After the three robbers fled, Raimondi called 9-1-1. Deputies searched the area with help from a C-H-P helicopter, but the truck was not seen. It’s described as a smaller white truck, possibly a Dodge, with a partial license plate number J-7-2-2-6-2. The suspects were all white men in dark clothing, two of them in their 20’s. The armed man looked to be around 40-years-old, 5-foot-8, 150 to 170 pounds.
