Friday night in Redding is a opportunity to hear about the quickest mass killing in human history from a man who witnessed it first hand. Egide Ntawangundi is now a Shasta College student. He survived the Genocide in Rwanda which resulted in the slaughter of 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus in a period of just 100 days. The presentation is sponsored by the local organization “Genocide No More-Save Darfur” and Shasta County Citizens Advocating Respect. It’s Friday at 7 O’clock at the First United Methodist Church at South and East Streets in Redding. There’s no charge but donations will be accepted.
