A Red Bluff woman faces child endangerment charges after her 3-year-old was found wandering alone in an Anderson neighborhood. The little girl was found at 10:30AM Saturday morning on Silver Street wearing jeans, a T-shirt and one rain boot. She couldn’t be convinced to say her name or anything else about her. She was taken around the neighborhood and nobody recognized her. She was taken to Anderson Police Department and then handed over to county children’s services. More than an hour-and-a-half after the child was found, 32-year-old Jennifer Roy contacted Anderson Police to report her missing child. She said she had been sleeping at a home on Brigman Street about 2 blocks from where the child was found.
